论文题目:“互联网+”下道路客运电子客票服务模式及应用系统设计

摘要:

道路客运交通是国民经济的基础性、服务性产业,是扩大内需、促进经济稳定增长的重点领域。近年来,道路客运企业面临综合交通运输体系下多种运输方式的调整与冲击,客运市场受到的挤压越来越大;另一方面,乘客的出行需求呈现个性化、多样化、高端化等特点。这对传统道路客运服务提出了更高的要求,迫切需要道路客运企业转型升级,以应对外部环境的变化。

随着当前“互联网+”商业模式在多个行业领域的蓬勃发展,这为道路客运企业的转型和升级提供了良好的发展契机。客票作为乘客和客运企业的核心关联要素,客票服务模式至关重要。电子客票作为一种全新的客票形式,借助信息化技术,突破了时间与空间的限制,为社会公众提供跨区域、个性化、高品质的客票服务。它是道路客运行业降低运营成本、提高服务质量、增加竞争力的有效手段,也是“互联网+交通”在道路客运行业的体现,代表了未来客票的发展方向。

本文首先分析了“互联网+”时代背景下道路客运面临的挑战和发展趋势,W客运公司为例,通过对其业务流程的调研总结了当前道路客运在客票服务中存在问题;分析了航空、铁路领域在客票服务上的优势,阐述了“互联网+”下道路客运应用电子客票的必要性。然后探讨了在“互联网+”时代背景下,道路客运电子客票服务模式的设计指导思想,据此设计了适用于道路客运企业的电子客票服务模式的总体框架,从资源整合、管理方式、营销策略、以及用户体验四个维度对电子客票服务模式进行了具体的设计;通过分析比较,选择以二维码作为道路客运电子客票的载体,并对二维码电子客票的内容以及认证性进行了研究。接着,本文结合电子客票服务模式,对电子客票系统进行了详细设计,主要包括系统的网络架构、功能架构以及数据结构的设计。最后,本文设计并实现了一种基于二维码电子客票的手机客户端购票应用软件,并对二维码电子客票进行了加密处理,实现了客票的无纸化和防伪性,验证了模式的可行性。

Abstract:

Road passenger transport is the basic and service industry of the national economy, and it’s the key area to expand domestic demand and keep a steady economy growth. In recent years, the road passenger transport enterprises face the adjustment of the comprehensive transportation system under a variety of modes of transportation and impact, the passenger transport market is being squeezed from the larger and larger. On the other hand, the demand of passenger travel presents the characteristics of individuation and diversification, high-quality etc. These two factors above force traditional road passenger transportation to offer higher requirements service and that is mean that the road passenger transportation enterprise has to transform and upgrade the existing service mode to adapt the changing of external environment.

It is a good opportunity to transform and upgrade the road passenger transportation enterprise under the condition of the rapid development of multi industry in the current "Internet plus" business mode. As the core elements of the passenger and passenger transport enterprises, the ticket service mode is very important. As a new form of ticket, electronic ticket breaks through the time and space limitation, and provide crossing regional, personalized, high-quality passenger ticket service for the public with information technology. It is an effective means of road passenger transport industry to reduce operating costs, improve service quality, increase the competitiveness, and it also reflects Internet plus traffic in the road passenger transport industry, representing the future direction of development of the ticket.

This paper firstly analyzes the challenges and developing trend of road passenger transport under the "Internet plus". Afterwards taking the W passenger transportation company for an example, we analyze the advantages comparing to the field of aviation and railway, and summarize the problems of road passenger transportation in the ticket service by investigating the business process. The necessity of application of an electronic ticket of the road passenger transportation based on the "Internet +" is also provided after that. And then we discuss the idea of guiding to design  ticket service mode of road passenger transportation under the background of "Internet plus" .According to the idea we design the framework of the electronic ticket service mode and it’s designed from the resource integrationmanagementmarketing strategy and the user experience for road passenger transport enterprises. Through analysis and comparison, we choose two dimensional code as the carrier of electronic tickets of the road passenger transportation, and further explore content and authentication of QR code. After that, the electronic ticket system is designed in detail based on the premise of the service mode, including the network architecture, functional architecture and the design of data structure. At last, this paper designs and implements software of ticket booking system on mobile phone terminal based on electronic ticket of two-dimensional code which is encrypted. It realized the paperless application of ticket, therefore the possibility of the model is proved.
